Shipping and Returns Policy

We currently ship to most countries of the world  

Delivery costs vary according to the destination. 

Ireland – €15.00 (Via  AnPost)  Free Shipping on Prints and purchases over €300.00

Worldwide – €15.00 (Via AnPost) Free Shipping on purchases over €500

Payment of shipping will be collected with the purchase.

Orders are usually dispatched within 5 business days of payment of order. Prints may be made to order will be dispatched within 10 working days. If you need a quicker dispatch time please email jessicabaron@live.com and we shall do our best to accommodate this.

When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. 

Duty/Tax Information on International Deliveries

Your order is exported free of any Irish taxes. However, all products may be subject to customs duty or other taxes on importation into the country of the recipient.

This also applies to mainland Great Britain.

Jessica Baron Artist  is not responsible for any importation charges or government fees that may be applied.

A clearance fee may also be levied by your local post office on each such dutiable parcel. Some Post Offices show this as “Additional Postage” or “Postage Due”.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

You can cancel your order at any stage up to the point of dispatch at no charge. 

Simply email jessicabaron@live.com  To help assist us with this, please include your order reference number. 

When you make a purchase online you are entitled to a cooling-off period of 14 days, which begins on the day your purchase is delivered. During this cooling-off period you may cancel your order for any reason. 

Upon cancellation you must return your order within 14 days and you will be refunded the purchase price minus the delivery costs. Return postage is at your cost and you are required to arrange the shipping. It is advised you use a trackable shipping service as it is not guaranteed we will receive your returned item.

In addition, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. 

It must also be in the original packaging and in resellable condition. Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the refund is approved or not. 

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
